I got a nose job here years ago. Soon after (about a year) my nose started changing and the tip was dropping and my tip was also getting bulbous again. I went in for multiple consults and the office agreed something was wrong and dr. Hecht didn’t understand why it was happening. I’m having to get a revision now because my nose has changed so much, and it still feels very tight when I smile and always has since I got the surgery. I’m not sure why I was an exception to all these other people who didn’t seem to have problems. It sucks that I have to pay so much to get a revision and go under the knife again. Just an unfortunate situation overall, but a risk that comes with the process.
