Dr. Ptak is my father, but he's performed a gynecomastia procedure on both ariolas.
I had hard pieces of male breast tissue under both ariolas, and he did a phenomenal job carefully extracting the pieces, and leaving no scaring.
He's also done botox for my underarms as a way to prevent excessive armpit sweating. The procedure was simple and pretty quick, and I experienced 95% armpit sweat reduction for the intended time the procedure works for 6-7 months at time.
Board certified plastic surgeon there's no question if you want someone who is the best, you go here. I'm biased but I've experienced his expertise first hand twice, and he's the real deal.
