2 years and a lot of money wasted trying to remove a tattoo. They told me the machine was not making them any money. It was evident they were not turning the laser all the way up so that I had to continue coming back. Finally, 2 years later she finally said to me, "We will turn it up all the way this time." They were not honest about how many sessions I would need. Every time I bought a new pack of sessions they would tell me this should be all I need. My tattoo is STILL very much there with barely any difference. Save your money and your time and go somewhere where they actually care about their patients.
