Dream experience, from initial call to schedule my consult, to post op appointments. Dr. Ali performed a breast augmentation on me in August. I went from A/B to C/D; he perfectly identified the right size for me based on an in-depth consultation where we discussed many size and look options, as well as what would be best for my lifestyle. I was welcomed back prior to surgery to try on implant 'sizers' and, when asked, the female staff provided insight on their own breast aug experiences. Each employee served as a valuable resource and I felt supported throughout the entire process. Dr Ali, as well as all the office personnel, are consummate professionals and easy to speak with. Dr Ali is an excellent surgeon and I look forward to referring everyone I know to his office. I truly cannot think of anything I would change about my experience.

Equally important is the relationship with the scheduling manager, Amanda, who also answered my numerous questions via email, phone and in person. From the moment we first spoke on the phone, I felt reassured that this was the right place for me. Do not discount the value of high-quality and friendly office personnel! You will notice the difference if you speak with enough plastic surgeon offices -- I certainly did!

Additionally, I worked with Ali and Rori on a skincare regimen and look forward to being a recurring customer.

Finally, the anesthesiologist (Dr Cavanaugh), surgical staff and nurses (Cassie and Sarah(?)) were a calming, professional influence the day-of surgery. This was my first 'major' surgery and therefor I was rather nervous morning-of. However I am pleased to say that I could not have dreamed of a better experience.
