I went in last Tuesday for a small cyst on my face and was sent to a plastic surgeon instead of the dermatologist (I appreciated their decision). However, I was told I would be called in the next 48 hours to schedule the procedure. I left an email and a voicemail seeing if they were going to schedule something for me. Clearly they do not want my business as it has been a week and they did not even give me the courtesy of a response.
