Had surgery for removal of Severe Gynecomastia. Dr. Rex did a good job (from what I could tell at least) of removing the breast tissue while leaving just enough to prevent my chest from looking saggy or anything like that but I was left with a horrendous case of Hypertrophic scarring. I was told that if I needed anything to be corrected within a year that he would do it free of charge. So it seemed at first he genuinely was trying to figure out what the best course of action was to get rid of my scars but after several visits over the course of many months he couldn't decide what would work best. Once a year had passed he assured me he was still willing to do any corrections for free because he really wanted me to be happy with the results but after the year was up I had to pay like 80 bucks out of pocket per visit and he got lazier every time I saw him. I even missed a couple of appointments towards the end because he purposely stopped having his secretaries call and let me know I had one coming up and by the last time I'd seen him all he did was give me an attitude and ask me what it was I wanted to do about it. As if I did something wrong? I paid like 80 bucks that day just to get an attitude because i didn't know enough about plastic surgery to resolve the issue myself. In the end I ended up paying at least 6 or 7 thousand dollars to minimize one problem but end up with a new one altogether. Extremely unprofessional....
