Nov 22, 2024If I could give them a zero I would. When we first called them, everything seemed good. I wanted to get laser hair removal for my daughter for multiple areas. During the first call, prices seemed decent so we made an appointment for sometime in the next few weeks. Typically, so that no time would be wasted, all the paper work is filled out beforehand, so we called again to ask them to email it to us a couple days before. However, we had to call the next day and another day after that asking them about the email, which they still hadn’t sent. At that point the appointment was the next day, but then they started acting like we were a new customer even though they had given us a code. They started giving us more expensive prices even though everything was already set. Not only that, they wouldn’t listen to anything we had to say and didn’t seem to understand that we knew what we had to pay and basically treated us like idiots. Customer service was terrible and I’m glad we cancelled everything.
