Jul 5, 2025I called your office today (1/16/19) after getting the contact information on RealSelf, and was completely caught off guard by the service I received in a very bad way. The lady on the phone answered the phone with a surprised and questioning "Hello?!" at which point I fell under the impression that I had dialed the wrong number. I answered with a confused "Hi, is this Dr. Blanchet's office?" to which the lady simply replied "Yes." and stopped speaking. I awkwardly then explained myself and my intentions - interested in a consultation for botox, to which she replied "We don't have consultations for that it's a 15 minute procedure. Have you been on our website?" On went the conversation until I decided that clearly this isn't the place for me or my money. I have never gotten botox before and because I am a sane human being, I don't feel comfortable just setting up an appointment to get a procedure when I haven't consulted with a professional medical provider.
There was SO much wrong with this interaction that I had to write about it. If a provider cares so little about their staff, and training them on how to answer inquiring customers, how in the WORLD can I expect them to care about me AS a customer.
