Apr 29, 2024It’s been less than a month since I have my top surgery / breast reduction with Dr. Hazen and every day I’m blown away with what she has helped my body to become. For context, I went from about a G cup to a C cup. I am already feeling relief from my chronic back pain and am wildly more affirmed in my gender. From the beginning of reaching out, I was greeted with kindness and speed from her amazing staff (Barbara and Jill) who greeted me every time I stepped into the office. Upon meeting Dr. Hazen there was no question about choosing her to be my surgeon. She is so deeply compassionate and kind and talented. As a queer non-binary femme finding a doctor who met me where I’m at in terms of expectations, as well as meeting me where I was at in my gender affirmation needs felt like a lofty dream but Dr. Hazen was more than welcoming and accommodating. She has been available to address any questions and concerns during my recovery process and I have not felt left behind at the least. She has gone above and beyond to make me feel safe and cared for in this transformative process. I can’t recommend her highly enough
