My wife went here for an accident she had back in the winter of 2015 - she fell while hustling to get to her job on time and fell victim to the cobble-stone streets of NY. She went in, got a cream and had a helpful 45 second conversation with the nurse practitioner. The doctor was unavailable, from what I understand, due to overbooking.

Since the winter - we moved to Los Angeles, and rather than dutifully follow up with us regarding a bill - we received one in the mail, which my wife and I inquired about. The woman I spoke with said our bill was settled and there was nothing to worry about.

Two weeks later we find out they sent our bill to collections in an attempt to ruin our credit over a small medical bill (which we would've easily paid - and have since settled with the collections agency).

There are so many dermatologists in New York - spend some time and research to make sure not only you're getting good doctors, but also that the customer service is good so you don't run in a situation where they treat their valuable customers like indigents.
