Slupchynskyj mutilated my face when I was a 13 year old boy. This man is a child abuser and criminal, in my opinion. Below is my Yelp review. It received a lying, deceitful response attached via screenshot.

Note that the office response appears to be illustrative of this man's character. He has no empathy, and he has no remorse. And most importantly, he's a reckless, sub-par surgeon who's "botched" many a face. The Yelp review, now hidden on the site after the office response, follows:

This man operated on my nose when I was 13 years old. He did a terrible job and took off way too much, leaving me with a disproportional and pimple tip type nose as described by others here that later required injections and still looks strange to this day.

I cannot wear glasses without facial pressure and the slightest tap to the bridge of my nose leaves me with facial pain that does not subside for days. Having been a mouth-breather since the surgery, I have also developed asthma as an adult.

As an 18 year old, I would never have been convinced to do such a thing. The nose wasn't a big deal at the time of the ordeal, either, and it was completely insane to have it operated on as a 7th grade boy. I did not go in there begging for an operation, it wasn't even my idea. Any prospective patient should strongly consider this man's character or lack thereof before going forward with him.

Despite giving multiple email addresses, I've not received the forms necessary from Elisha or the office to obtain the documentation of my insane operation. The documentation will be uploaded via screenshot when received.
