May 19, 2024Caveat! They have horrific wait times; anywhere between 1 to 2 hours. Even worse, once I was in the back, my visit was a total of 4 hours. Oddly enough, they have a policy that if you are over 10 minutes late they refuse to see you, and they make you reschedule. They do not make this policy public knowledge in advance.
The staff are rude and incompetent, and after several visits I finally had to go back to my regular eye doctor's office to get the correct lenses. Needless to say, I will never go back.
