I’ve had okay experience here coming here, I didn’t have a problem with scheduling appointments a year ago but now I do, because whenever I tried to call them. I ALWAYS get put on hold for a long period of time. As a customer, I shouldn’t wait for 5-10 minutes on the phone waiting that long, that’s not good customer service. I need a quick response, especially if I’m calling the receptionist
