DON'T GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY. There are so many places to spend thousands of dollars on botox and injectables, so don't go here. They'll just take your money and treat you horribly. They are dishonest and overcharge you. They are more like hustlers than a medical spa. I have gotten 50+ units all 3 times I went, maybe I'm just stupid, but they kept telling me that they basically wouldn't do less. My sister is an advising Dr. of a medical spa in Wisconsin and she was shocked when I told her how many units they were giving me. She says she gets about 25 units every visit - she's 54 and looks fantastic. I've asked Dr. Sonya what she can do so that my face doesn't look quite as frozen for the month after injections and she literally said, "You just get used to making less facial expressions." Is that a joke? The worst and absolute last straw was the horrible treatment I received from their admin Shannon. I called in to ask about an overcharge on my last visit, which was around $50. I was trying to explain my question and she became immediately hostile and talked over me loudly an started this weird fight with me which took me aback so much that I actually said, "This is feeling confrontational and I don't understand why, are you actually interested in me returning as a client?" She didn't respond to that, instead kept repeating the same excuse that made no sense, said "I'm SORRY that you don't understand me" and then when I just tried to simplify and ask her if she would refund me for extra charge, she said she would do that, but then she would have to charge me an additional $160ish!!! I am not lying. She said she would refund me $54 and then charge me $162. It was like she had actually had a personal vendetta against me it was so ridiculous. I then said I would go ahead and leave some reviews. So here they are. I walked away from $56 of units that I had already paid for because these people are horrible. Now I don't even trust that they have been even injecting me the amount of units I have been purchasing. DON'T GO HERE.
