I scheduled a consultation for a scar revision treatment. While in the waiting room I saw the doctor walking around showing off the office renovations to a current client (which was completely fine). However, I had waited almost 30 minutes in the waiting room. Then when I got called back I was visited by the doctors assistant, who looked at the area I wanted treated and then suggested the treatment that she thought best and gave me the cost. Seeing as this was not some typical every day acne scar, I thought a little more detail and time would have gone into the decision making of what type of treatment I should do. I was also a little disturbed that since I was a possible new patient I never once got to meet the doctor, who could have assured me that this was the possible best treatment. It was just a bad impression from the get go and seemed more like it was about the money versus developing a relationship and trust. I ended up getting a second opinion, and decided to get my treatment done elsewhere.
