Dr. John Zinsser is a board-certified plastic surgeon with experience in all aspects of facial, breast, and body contouring surgery, including his specialties of tummy tuck, breast augmentation, body contouring, breast lift, breast reduction, and Brazilian butt lift surgeries. Additionally, Dr. Zinsser and his team maintain expertise in non-surgical and transgender procedures.

Dr. Zinsser has become well-known throughout the greater Richmond area for providing outstanding plastic surgery services by combining his surgical mastery with his warm, welcoming demeanor and exceptional customer service.

Dr. Zinsser’s education began at Southwest Texas State University, where he majored in Physiology and Chemistry. He then earned his medical degree from the University of Texas Health Sciences Center in San Antonio. Dr. Zinsser completed his general surgery training at the University of Alabama at Birmingham and his plastic surgery fellowship at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee.

Dr. Zinsser has been in practice here in Richmond since 1998 and has hospital privileges at all of the Bon Secours and HCA hospitals in and around the metropolitan area of Richmond.
