I am a board certified head and neck surgeon who specializes in facial plastic and reconstructive surgery. I am a Bay Area native and attended De La Salle High School in Concord, CA. I studied biochemistry and molecular and cellular biology at the University of California, Davis and was fortunate enough to receive the prestigious full-tuition academic Regent’s Scholarship from UC Davis. I graduated early, ranking #1 in the College of Biological Sciences with a 4.0 GPA and was awarded The College Medal: the highest honor offered by the University to 1 graduating senior per year. I was recruited to UCLA Medical School with a Full Tuition Merit Scholarship in 2008.
