Dr. Joseph Perlman has an impressive educational background, having obtained his undergraduate degree from Vanderbilt University and his M.D. degree from Brown University. He completed his residencies in General and Vascular Surgery at Baylor College of Medicine in 1981 and Plastic Surgery at Baylor in 1984. Dr. Perlman further honed his skills through fellowships in Microsurgery and Hand Surgery.

While he initially had a broad medical practice, he now specializes in cosmetic surgery, with a particular focus on facelifts. Over the past decade, he has successfully performed more than 600 facelift procedures. His exceptional work has been recognized multiple times as he was voted one of Houston’s Top Docs and ranked among the top 3 cosmetic breast surgeons by his colleagues.

Dr. Perlman is a distinguished member of esteemed professional organizations in his field, including the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ASAPS) and the American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS).
