Adam Scheiner is a highly respected eyelid and facial plastic surgeon at the forefront of laser cosmetic surgery. World renowned for developing innovative techniques for facial rejuvenation, Dr. Scheiner’s practice has delivered twenty-five years of patient transformations. He is a published author, a researcher, and an educator who speaks at national and International conferences.

Dr. Scheiner received his medical degree from the University of Pennsylvania and completed his internship at St. Barnabas Medical Center in New Jersey. He completed his Ophthalmology residency at the University of Pennsylvania’s Scheie Eye Institute, then continued his studies during an Oculoplastic and Laser Facial Aesthetic Surgery Fellowship with Dr. Sterling Baker, the pioneer of Laser Eyelid Surgery.

Over his years of practice, Dr. Scheiner perfected using the laser in eyelid surgery, improving on what he’d learned from working with Dr. Baker. He began doing what others thought impossible – treating eyelid festoons and malar mounds, and pioneered a deep resurfacing procedure called RESET® Festoons. His practice became internationally renowned for its astonishing results after he demonstrated the Reset Festoons procedure on The Dr. Oz Show and The Doctors.

A dedicated researcher, Dr. Scheiner continues to improve and innovate new laser and resurfacing techniques. Though he was pleased that his upper lid laser blepharoplasty surgery removed excess skin and fat, eliminated heaviness or hooding, and created slight tightening, he was dissatisfied that the eyelid skin left behind still looked wrinkled or crepey.
