Dr. Tony Mangubat is in private practice in Seattle, WA and is Director of La Belle Vie Cosmetic Surgery Centers. Dr. Mangubat is also a Fellowship Training Director for the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery (AACS) and can take up to two fellows annually. He has been an active member of AACS since 1987. He is a graduate of the University of Washington School of Medicine, studied general surgery at the University of Kentucky and received his cosmetic surgery training from Dr. Richard C. Webster. Cosmetic surgery has long held his interest and continues to be an area of on-going study. Dr. Mangubat performs and teaches a full spectrum of cosmetic surgeries in Seattle, Washington.

Dr. Mangubat utilizes his scalp reconstruction techniques as a volunteer for the Operation Restore Foundation and has served patients in South America, Australia, Europe, and at home in the United States.
Dr. Mangubat is a believer in hands-on surgical training and has pioneered several hands-on live surgery workshops for abdominoplasty, breast surgery and hair transplantation. He has taught and performed live surgery on 6 of the 7 continents and has done so in Australia, Thailand, Korea, Europe, China, the Philippines, Brazil, Argentina, and Ecuador.
His latest effort is Physician Procedure Proficiency (P3), a program dedicated to teaching and documenting a surgeon’s proficiency in a given procedure. He is a former Trustee of the AACS, a past Webster Lecturer, and currently serves as chairman of the Advanced Cosmetic Surgery Review Course since 2004 that helps physician candidates preparing to sit for cosmetic surgery board certification. Like his mentor, Dr. Richard Webster, Dr. Mangubat is committed to excellence in Cosmetic Surgery Education which is the future of the Cosmetic Surgery Specialty.
