Dr. Santiago specializes in both cosmetic and reconstructive plastic surgery with a focus on facial rejuvenation, Lipo 360, fat transfer, high BMI patients and Rhinoplasty. After completing a residency in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery, he began a prestigious fellowship at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine Department of Plastic and Reconstructive surgery. During this time Dr. Santiago held an academic appointment at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine as a Clinical Instructor in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.

Dr. Santiago has done thousands of surgeries and has a keen interest in the latest advances in aesthetic and reconstructive surgery. He has authored several peer-reviewed articles on the subject and has presented his research and innovations at national and international plastic surgery academic meetings.
