Dr. Hillary Jenny is a board-eligible plastic surgeon who combines technical expertise with a compassionate approach to help patients achieve their aesthetic goals. She specializes in rhinoplasty, facelift, mommy makeovers, and comprehensive facial and body rejuvenation.

Dr. Jenny graduated with honors from MIT with a double major in neuroscience and music. She earned her MD and MPH at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, where she was inducted into the Delta Omega Public Health Honor Society. Her dedication to global surgery led her to spend a year as a Paul Farmer Global Surgery Research Fellow at Harvard Medical School/Boston Children’s Hospital, living in Haiti and Brazil to research access to pediatric and cleft surgical care.

Following medical school, she completed her residency at the Johns Hopkins Hospital/University of Maryland Shock Trauma Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery program, serving as Administrative Chief Resident. Dr. Jenny co-founded the Johns Hopkins Center for Global Surgery and acted as liaison for ReSurge International. She has authored over 50 peer-reviewed publications and textbook chapters, presenting at national and international meetings.

Her passion for aesthetic surgery led her to the prestigious Aesthetic Surgery Fellowship of Los Angeles in Beverly Hills, where she trained under leading experts in rhinoplasty, facelift, and breast and body procedures. Today, she is recognized for her skill in delivering natural, individualized results that enhance each patient’s unique beauty.

Dr. Jenny lives in Vienna, VA with her husband and daughter. Outside of her surgical work, she is a 200-hour registered yoga teacher and enjoys hot yoga, hiking, and reading.
