Dr. Bruno earned his medical degree from Hahnemann University School of Medicine in Pennsylvania after completing his premedical studies at Washington University in Saint Louis.

His advanced training includes a surgical internship at Stanford University; the chief surgical residency post at Saint Louis University Medical Center; sub-specialization in microsurgery at Eastern Virginia Medical Center; and formal plastic surgery training at Duke University Medical Center, where Dr. Bruno practiced cosmetic and reconstructive surgery.
