Dr. Harrell is certified by The American Board of Plastic Surgery, as well as the American Board of Otolaryngology. During his career he has performed thousands of cosmetic surgery procedures on patients from all walks of life - students, homemakers, professionals, performers and celebrities as well as business and civic leaders.
He has a truly international clientele with patients from Europe, South America and Asia as well as a large number of patients from out of state.
