Donald R. Collins, Jr., M.D., F.A.C.S., is a board certified plastic surgeon practicing in Houston, Texas who specializes in aesthetic plastic surgery. Since joining the practice of Dr. Thomas M. Biggs in 1993, Dr. Collins has been serving the Houston area community for over 20 years.
Our goal is to provide state-of-the-art aesthetic plastic surgery for our patients in a safe, private, and comfortable environment. Individuals desiring care are treated in a respectful and compassionate manner.
