About
Founded in 2008 by Dr. Elena G. Geppert, Harbour Plastic Surgery has been one of the leading Plastic and Aesthetic Surgery destinations in the Houston area. The upscale medical facility has recently moved within South Shore (Houston Clear Lake Area) to a European inspired free-standing building. At the new address, Dr. Geppert continues to offer the entire spectrum of aesthetic surgery using only the most modern top of the line surgical equipment.
