Premier Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery was founded in 1978, in the Pike Creek Valley. In 1989, Dr. Helen Mashek, a board-certified dermatologist joined the practice. Dr. Chris Conti who specializes in Mohs surgery (microscopically controlled skin cancer removal) joined next. Dr. Paul Sabini, a facial plastic surgeon followed and expanded our services to include cosmetic and reconstructive surgery.
For the past four decades, Premier Dermatology & Cosmetic Surgery (PDCS) has been Delaware's practice of choice in skin and aesthetic services. We are the only practice in Delaware with two fellowship trained Mohs micrographic surgeons. For most skin cancers, Mohs surgery offers the highest cure rate of any procedures. Our specialists can efficiently diagnose and treat a variety of different skin cancers.
