Dr. Zarrabi participated in treatment planning and conducting multiple landmark reconstructive and cosmetic surgery cases, with main focus on development of surgical techniques to reconstruct sever maxillo-facial defects and deformities.
The culmination of his scientific and academic efforts lead to a ground breaking surgery and new approach for complete nose reconstruction which has been published as: “A Novel approach in Total Nasal Reconstruction” (in prestigious Journal of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, Elsevier 2019)
Dr. Zarrabi is currently serving as Clinical Instructor of Surgery at UCLA Health, Los Angeles, CA and Gratis Assistant Professor at LSU Health Sciences Center, New Orleans LA. Also, he is a Staff Surgeon at Hoag Hospitals Newport Beach and Irvine, CA.
