Dermatology & Plastic Surgery of Arizona was founded in 2013 by Dr. Christopher Weyer and Dr. Jamie Moenster. We are the first practice in southern Arizona to offer board certified physicians in dermatology and plastic surgery, and fellowship trained Mohs surgery, in the same office. The practice has two locations. The Sierra Vista practice has a 35 year history of service in Cochise County under Dr. Richard Weyer, Dr. Christopher Weyer’s father prior to Dr. Richard Weyer retiring in 2013. The Tucson office was opened in May 2014 to expand care and services.
Dr. Weyer is a native to Arizona who graduated from Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2006. He continued his training in dermatology in Kirksville followed by a fellowship in Mohs Surgery at the Center for Surgical Dermatology in Columbus, Ohio.
