Dr. Ben Hugo and Dr. JoAnne Lopes joined forces in August 2016 to offer a wide range of minimally invasive treatments and plastic surgery procedures at the Cosmetic Surgery Center in Virginia Beach. For more than two decades, Virginia Beach patients have come to know Ben Hugo Plastic Surgery as a welcoming and efficient home for a range of cosmetic services, including facelifts, eyelid surgery and minimally invasive procedures such as Botox, fillers and laser skin resurfacing. As of August 2016, patients are finding that they now have even more choices, all of which continue to be based on the foundation of quality medical care and compassion originally established by Dr. Hugo.
