Dr. Rad is a Board certified plastic surgeon in Washington DC. Dr. Rad delivers the best of cosmetic and reconstructive plastic surgery to the northern Virginia and DC communities. As Assistant Professor of Plastic Surgery and former Director of aesthetic surgery at Johns Hopkins, Dr. Rad is known for his skill in cosmetic facial, breast and body surgery, as well as for his microsurgery work in breast cancer reconstruction.
