I just finished my hands today, the Asian nurse Amy, I don’t know if she is Korean or where, she is very rude, if I complain, I want to complain about her personally 10,000 times. She and the anesthetist filled out the form from the beginning. She was in a hurry and was in a hurry. Amy brought all her emotions as if she had experienced many unhappy things. The tone of the speech was very unfriendly. At that time, I really wanted to cancel the operation. I felt that the mood before the operation was very important. She made me afraid of the follow-up services. Sure enough, when the operation was over, the anesthesia just woke up, and the mind was blank and people were dizzy. Two seconds later, Amy lifted my head and upper body from the side of the bed, and I was completely dizzy. Her very rude actions without any verbal warning made me very uncomfortable. Alex Kim is the worst doctor I have ever seen In United States. He did Rhinoplasty Surgery on me When I was 20 years old. It was a nightmare in my life. You will not see him until the surgery date, He did not give you any consultation . he hired two chinese lady as his frontdesk and wearing the white dress to pretend the nurse which they are not register nurse and even do not have any medical train background. The lady gathering all the medical records and do the consultation for him. You can only see your doctor 5 minutes before they put you into sleep. After the first surgery, the implant is totally off from the center , and he agreed to fix up for me , I trusted him, I allowed him to did second surgery on me, That is the horrible and stupid decision that I ever made in my life, because the second surgery even worst than the first time, it is completely off center and towards the opposite way from the first surgery. Please beware of Alex Kim. Not recommend at all !

This man did a surgery on my friend's abdominal area and left both of her sides hanging like a bag. Her mesh teared apart because it was defective, and then he did another surgery to fix it and got a big hematoma. The third time he did a follow up or revision to make sure everything was fine, but instead, he infected it and now he doesn't want to take responsibility to fix it. She now has a hernia since her mesh teared again and he says that is not necessary to fix it since is not life threatening. Her abdomen looks like she is pregnant, she is in constant pain, and has a hard time walking or standing up. This situation has been happening for 6 years and now her new doctor told her that she needs a total abdominal wall reconstruction. As you can see he charges a lot but doesn't perform his job well and doesn't take responsibility or accountability for a surgery that he performed wrong . Also his staff provides bad service they say they will return her phone call, and they take months to call her.

Dr. Kim did my reconstruction after my breast wax removed due to breast cancer. Dr. Kim was very professional and patient he answered all my questions and made me comfortable with my decision. Every time I saw him he was smiling until he had to give me bad news about more cancer being found. All of my doctors tell me what a great job he did. I would recommend Dr. Kim he was a great Dr. However his office staff needs some training terrible

Dr. Kim is amazing he revised my tummy tuck I had done 9/2015 with another surgeon. I was not happy with the extra skin still left with Dr. Wali of Glendora. Dr. Kim lessened to all of my concerns. I also had my breast lift and thigh lift done with my 360 body lift on 4/2016. I am So happy with my new results. Thank you Dr. Kim for giving me my amazing body. Also the staff Veronica, Cherie and Mary are wonderful, caring and very helpful the best staff ever😀
