My experience with Dr. Wells and her staff was nothing short of amazing. Dr. Wells, Tess, Mimi and Mary made me feel like family and so comfortable!! They are all just simply incredible and so welcoming. I want to hug them all (thanks to covid I cant). The time Dr. Wells spent with me on my virtual consult let me know she was the one! I did soooo much research to find the perfect doctor. She spent over an hour on facetime on our video consult which shocked me! I had done several facetime consults with other doctors and they were so quick and short with my questions. They literally made the calls under 5 minutes. The fact Dr. Wells spent over an hour with me on a free facetime consult spoke volumes. I could tell she cared and was very passionate about what she does and her patients. I was speechless when our call ended and told myself yup she's the one! I fell in love with her then and I love her even more now! My procedure was a breeze and the healing process was shockingly easy. I literally had no pain and 2 months later no scarring at all. If this post was not public I would go into more detail. Lets just say I am extremely pleased. I will definitely return to Dr. Wells for anything else I need done.

Dr. Wells and her staff is the ABSOLUTE BEST! As a fellow healthcare provider, I can say with certainty that no other doctor or practice surpasses Dr. Wells’ attention to detail or level of experience.

Dr. Wells was my surgeon about 10 years ago, I was satisfied with the results. My daughter has an issue and we met her for a consultation recently; and during the consultation we addressed the main issue and minor ones as well. We received an estimate for the work. I called today to have Dr. Wells take care of the minor issue since my daughter started to complain of pain. The receptionist pulled her chart and spoke to the nurse, who said to go to a dermatologist. I responded to the receptionist by stating that the doctor didn’t refer me to a dermatologist for this during the consultation, but now I need to go?? Her response, “yes.” I guess the profit isn’t large enough. I am extremely disappointed in how this was handled. I thought that the patient was important to Dr. Wells. Apparently, not.

Dr. Wells is the BEST! I had a breast reduction done in early June of last year and could not be happier with the results. The procedure not only alleviated my back pain, neck pain, and chronic headaches, but helped me to lose weight (since I could finally work out again!) and gave me back my self-confidence. She has been incredibly supportive, communicative, and understanding throughout the process and always makes sure that I am totally comfortable. Tess and Mary are also absolutely amazing -- Tess was so excited for me when I came back after six months for a check-in! I always recommend this practice when others interested in the surgery come to me to ask about my experience. Thank you all for your amazing work!

My entire experience with Dr. Wells and her office was professional & comfortable. From the first time I spoke with Tess on the phone, I felt at ease. Tess & Mary were both so welcoming and kind I knew Valley was the right choice! Dr. Wells listened to and understood all my wants and needs and was super supportive. They all went above and beyond a few times to make me comfortable and make sure the procedure was a success. Dr. Wells met all my expectations & does great work!
