Profile

Dr. Kulak earned her undergraduate degree from Brown University and then pursued clinical research interests at Weill Cornell Medical Center located in New York City. She received her medical degree from the University of Miami-Miller School of Medicine and completed her ophthalmology residency at SUNY Downstate Medical Center. Dr. Kulak then completed a fellowship in oculofacial plastic surgery at Beaumont Medical Center, The Kresge Eye Institute, and the Consultants in Ophthalmic and Facial Plastic Surgery. Dr. Kulak is a diplomate of the American Board of Ophthalmology and a fellow of the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgeons.

110% satisfied with my results. In preoperative consultation options, procedures, cost, and Medicare coverage were explained. I was kept informed leading up to surgery. Surgery went well. Post operative recovery was as expected. Followup appointments had no complications. Dr. Kulak and her staff get an A++.

Every time I’ve been to the the office I’m seen right at or before my appointment time. The staff from receptionist to the techs, nurses and surgery coordinator are all extremely courteous, helpful and professional. Dr Kulak is fantastic! She thoroughly handled my issues to my complete satisfaction. She communicated her plan and followed through doing an outstanding job on my surgical procedure.
