I had the laser lipo procedure at the Lumen Center on June 8, 2023. Overall, my experience at the Lumen Center was great. The staff is exceptional! They are very friendly, professional, supportive. The staff made me feel very comfortable. They went over what was to be expected after the procedure. They closely followed up with me after the procedure to check up on how I was feeling. I was prescribed controlled pain medication...I only took one dose of the 20 tablets that was prescribed. I did not really need it. For mild pain I took Tylenol as needed for 5 days after the procedure. I am very satisfied with the result. Last week I wore a dress to church. It was the first time I look and feel so good in a dress....I did not know that I had curve👏. In addition to looking and feeling good, my vision is better, my fasting blood sugar is low on the normal range. I had consultation for laser lipo at 2 places. I decided to have the procedure at the Lumen Center because the staff made me feel comfortable, and welcoming. I wish I had done it sooner. Thank you Dr. Kwak and all the wonderful staff of the Lumen Center💐

Let me tell you, my experience with Dr. Kwak and his staff at the Lumen Center has been beyond amazing. I had lipo and a BBL and I would do it 10x over if I could. Everyone was so nice and welcoming and supportive from start to finish. They were available 24/7 for my many questions. They did everything they could to make me feel comfortable and safe. I have told anyone that will listen how amazing my experience was. I was blown away at how easy it was and how quick my recovery was. I was back at work 5 days later. I went to eat the same day if my procedure. I didn’t even have to use pain medication once. Dr. Kwak was honest with me and took his time to achieve what I wanted. Worth every penny! I have fallen in love with the staff and I’m so happy I made the decision. 5 stars doesn’t do them justice.

I cannot express in words how STELLAR this place is. I recently went in for a hair transplant and the staff and Dr. Kwak are phenomenal. They are all very funny and real and personable. The office feels more like you're talking with a group of your friends. They put ZERO pressure on me during the initial consultation with Dr.Kwak and Rob they're awesome. Absolutely loved Courtney and the gang too- everyone is just so caring and nice. As for the procedure itself, it was a breeze due to their talented crew. I love my results (they even bought me lunch). You are in excellent hands with this place- contact them, you won't be disappointed!

First, let me say this, please do your own research before making any commitment or decision to invest your time, your money, and most importantly your health and well being to any institution providing any kind of service. Secondly, going to the Lumen Center is one of the best decisions that I have ever made in my entire life. And i mean this seriously. They have assisted me with an issue that I have spent most of my adult life trying to fix, my stomach and flank area. This is coming from someone who has spent roughly 30 years actively in the gym. This range from being a personal trainer in my younger days to now, still actively running, boxing and doing martial arts. But never fully looking the way I wanted to look... oh, not to mention intermittent fasting over the last 3 or so years. So for me, time and money well spent. As for personal health, confidence through the roof and still increasing. Thirdly, special shot out and THANKS to the Lumen Staff. Dr Kwack, you're the man hands down. Rob, Sarah, Jen, and all the interns thank you for walking me through the entire process start to finish. And, Megan, Megan, Megan love her infectious loud greetings she hit you with as aoon as you crack that door.

The best place if you're looking for great results, good customer service with all professional staff. Lumen Center is the place, it toke my confidence level to a 10. I got smart lipo on my stomach and a BBl. Wow I'm very happy with my results

I come here for Botox, they're quick, welcoming and efficient. Also the front desk staff is so sweet and friendly!

please do not waste your time/money on smart lipo or a fat transfer. i paid 6k for smart lipo of the flanks with the fat to be injected into my bottom last...
