Even one star is a lot for them. The reception area is horrible with customer service. They can't get their patients name and date of birth right! I don't know who hires these people, but I would not even trust them with flipping burgers.

Horrible, horrible service. I waited over an HOUR to see the Dr. And when I finally got in the room I waited an extra 20 for the bald Dr. to come in and “see me” I kid you not, the interaction was less than 3minutes. I had gotten into a car accident and was in crutches I couldn’t even sit from the pain I was in. He was supposed to be an Orthopedic “Dr.” He used excessive force and hurt me even more to the point he made be cry. He didn’t even prescribe me any medication he just went in, man handled me hurt me even more & said “oh yea you’re definitely injured.” Like ?? Yea OBVIOUSLY. They also proceeded to charge me $450 for seeing me for less than 3mins. Definitely don’t come here. Waste of money and time and if your attorney recommends this place. GO ELSEWHERE. I would give them 0 stars if I could.

Terrible service! The staff act as if they are of a superior race and when my mom tried to get a hold of the doctor who treated her, she couldn’t . She was not at all satisfied with her eye job and became depressed with the result. I called to ask for an appointment with the doctor and the girl told me no ,no ,no to everything I asked and she ended up with oh but that’s way more expensive when I didn’t even asked about prices. In this place they judge the book by its cover. The fact that someone doesn’t look like they can afford stuff doesn’t mean they can’t . NOTE TO OWNER: YOU MIGHT WANT TO RETRAIN YOUR PERSONNEL FOR COSTUMER SERVICE. All I got today when I called was arrogance and no help whatsoever.

Great first time experience! All of the medical staff were very attentive and reassuring! I was very hesitant about getting the epidural injection, but Dr Williams put at ease yesterday on our first appointment that I was compelled to have the procedure done the today! I look forward to my next appointment! Thank you for your professionalism!

Brand Surgical Institute is first class across the board. The facility is clean, modern, and comfortable. The staff are vibrant, bright, and reassuring.
