I hate to give a low rating but they have to address their office phones and issues. I have called several times to make appointments or to change an appointment and they never answer after a long introductory message, and when it goes to voice mail it always says it’s full. Their office doesn’t seem to be managed well nor run smoothly. Once, I was given a consultation appointment, and when I spoke to the doctor, he told me he doesn’t perform this surgery (revision rhinoplasty) at all! The receptionist should have found out and told me this before wasting my time. I’ve just noticed way too much chaos for how a doctors office should be running. The phones alone must be costing them a huge amount of business. The cold reception when you arrive doesn’t help either. This is probably more a constructive criticism review than an actual Doctor’s review, I believe the doctors are great, it’s the phones and management that seem to be in need of improvement. I gave two stars for the actual appointments I’ve had which were good, and deserve more stars, but the chaos deserves zero stars. UPDATE. I haven’t called them personally lately, but I have heard they’re making changes and improving!

I am very happy with my breast augmentation results from Dr. Bates and everyone on the Reveal team was great. Donna was great in getting back to me with all my questions. My nurse Shelly was so sweet and awesome in helping my mom who picked me up and noted the after care instructions. This place was highly recommended to me for a reason.

The simple fact of writing this and remembering my consultation with Dr. Steve J. Bates is unpleasant… I know this will help other girls, on 02/08/23 I had my consultation for breast augmentation, which was so unpleasant. since dr, steve bates talked a little about the procedure and then he hit my leg, he examined me, touching my breasts and pressing the areola a little, it is not necessary to press the areola because it was only an evaluation and budget consultation, previously I consulted with 2 surgeons and they only touched my breasts but never pressed on the areola... I asked my coordinator with another dr, surgeon, who evaluated me previously and says that it is not necessary since he was only checking above. this really is so disgusting and disrespectful.

I was very reluctant to have plastic surgery even though I had been wanting to have upper bleph surgery to even out my eyes and make them look less squinty and tired. Once I saw the beautiful work he did on a relatives rhinoplasty, I decided I was ready. Dr. Bates has a calming presence and his work is amazing! The procedure was pretty fast and painless. I was surprised how pain free the recovery was. I am two months out from the surgery and love the way my eyes look. I would highly recommend Dr. Bates.

I originally worked with him 11 years ago to replace ancient implants and perform a breast lift.
