With a natural propensity for excellence, Dr. Brandon Richland has held himself to the highest standard, from his academic career to every procedure he performs as a Board-Certified Plastic Surgeon in Southern California today. Following his undergraduate studies at the University of California Los Angeles, Dr. Richland attended medical school at Saint Louis University School of Medicine, graduating in the top of his class, earning the Top Surgery Student award and being inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha and Alpha Sigma Nu medical honor societies. He went on to complete his plastic surgery training at the University of California at Irvine, one of the most elite and rigorous residency programs in the nation, where he became the first and only two-time recipient of the academic achievement award.

Jul 26, 2023Dr. Richland is an amazing physician. He listened to my concerns and responded with compassion and honesty. Dr. Richland exceeded my surgical expectations. I am a registered nurse and I appreciate the doctors abilities both as a patient and a professional. Dr. Richland performed a tummy tuck revision on me and I am now having a hot girl summer 💃🏽. I wish I would have went to him for my initial surgery. Unfortunately, because of his youthful appearance I made the very wrong decision to go elsewhere. Don’t make the mistake I made. Make Dr. Richland your first and only choice. He is trained in the latest surgical techniques. He made me feel comfortable and safe. The staff in the office is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I am now recommending my family and friends to Dr. Richland.

Jul 17, 2023A few months ago I walked into Dr. Richland’s office with an abdominal wall separation, deflated breasts and a saggy tummy after having three children. I lived my life in stretch pants and baggy t-shirts. Hearing the doctor’s plans for a tailor made mommy makeover gave me hope for the first time in years. His stellar staff held my hand and walked me through the entire process step by step. They assisted with everything from the consultation, setting up a surgery day, speaking with my insurance, and choosing, as well as scheduling an after care facility. On surgery day I was not at all nervous, the entire staff kept me completely at ease. Dr. Richland was amazing at every post-op visit. All of my questions and concerns were addressed with care. My results are AMAZING! It’s more than I ever expected, and way more than I was hoping for. I’m addition to being ecstatic with my new body, my back pain disappeared and my pelvic floor is now strong again! I feel like I finally have my life back. Dr. Richland and his staff are second to none!

Jun 9, 2023I had take my wife Laura for a consultation and from the beginning of the process to the procedure of her breast reduction the whole off staff from Summer and Kim to Dr.Richland have all been super amazing. Summer was always on top of things when i needed doctors notes for my wife or clearance and even appointments she was always helpful and making sure we were taken care of. And we forgot the name of the girl that would come in the exam room and ask us questions about the post op,surgery she always made us feel welcome and comfortable in the rooms and Kim from the front desk getting us things we needed on a short time basis was always there for us. And with Dr. Richland we were amazed and so happy on how my wife’s breast reduction came out, she’s extremely happy with her results and feels free and loves her the new look l. If we ever have people ask us who we went to we’d tell them to go to Dr.Richland since we had a very great experience :)

Jun 1, 2023I recently had a breast reduction and lift done by Dr. Richland. He is amazing very kind, gentle and takes his time to explain everything to your understanding-his aftercare was so thorough and takes really good care of you until you are completely healed. The staff is so nice and friendly. Words can't express how happy I am and the life changes this has brought to me. Dr. Richland is a gem and I highly recommend anyone to go see him for any life changes you may want.

Apr 27, 2023I have to post this 5 star review of Dr. Richland and his staff. I just love that he takes his time with his patients, is relatable and is caring. I have been going to his office for several years now and do not want to go anywhere else for my services. Summer is the best and goes that extra mile to make me feel welcome every time I am seen. Also a big shout out to Cassandra, who recently joined his staff. She is equally caring, sweet and compassionate. What a great team and wish your office continued success.
