Dr. Chalekson is a California native and has been practicing on the Central Coast of California since 2003. He is a proud member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons and is a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon. He is a member of the American Society of Reconstructive Microsurgery, the American Association of Hand Surgery and also a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons.

EDUCATION

As an undergraduate, Dr. Chalekson attended UCLA where he graduated with departmental highest honors. Then he attended medical school at USC where he graduated with several distinguished honors and awards.

Following medical school, Dr. Chalekson had the honor of being selected to attend one of the best plastic surgery residency programs in the country. At Southern Illinois University, he completed one of the first six-year plastic surgery residency programs, as opposed to the usual 2-year programs. During this time, Dr. Chalekson worked under the supervision of the presidents of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, American Association of Hand Surgeons, and American Society of Reconstructive Microsurgery.

I go to Dr. Chalekson for my lips. I’ve had him do them on 4 separate occasions. He helped educate me on which product would be best for what goals I was trying to achieve for my lips during my first visit! I ended up going with Juvederm Ultra XC and I have never looked back. My lips stay full for about a year (I know it can vary per person but mine last wonderfully)! Each time I think they can’t look any better and somehow he does it! My lips are full and beautiful year round. He never over fills them or makes them look too big for my face. They’re shaped great and he always makes sure you leave the office happy. My bruising and swelling is always minimal as well, he’s careful with your mouth so you don’t have a extended recovery time. I can’t tell you how many compliments I’ve gotten since I started going here for my lip injections, I won’t trust another doc with my lips like I do here!

Such a great experience I have had with doctor chalekson and his team. I had a breast augmentation and from before to now I'm so happy with my results. And when I have questions or concerns they are very prompt when I call/email on a fast reply back and they are always willing to help in need. Great bedside manner during surgery and after also. I will definitely be going back for more procedures in the future.

Had my implants removed and a breast lift. What a wonderful job he did. I am beyond happy. The girls in the office are great and make you feel so at ease. Will be having my upper arms and implants put in by Dr. Chameleon. Can't recommend him enough. Great experience.

Dr. Chalekson and his staff members are absolutely wonderful. I felt very comfortable around them and they were always so patient and kind to me no matter my question or concern. My results are truly life changing and I owe that to Dr. Chalekson's office. They exceeded all my expectations and I am extremely grateful to have undergone this process with such a caring team.
