From the initial consultation to the post-op appointment he and the entire staff were so good to me and made me feel comfortable at every step. Extremely happy I chose Dr. Derderian to perform my surgery and if you're looking for the absolute best plastic surgeon, you've found him. Certainly one of the best decisions I've ever made. My results were even better than I could have imagined and are truly life-changing. Dr. Derderian and his staff are AMAZING! Not just because of the results but also because of the way they treated me; Professional, knowledgable, caring and as invested in my outcome as I am.

After doing some research and consulting with several plastic surgeons I decided to go forward with my cleft rhinoplasty with Dr. Derderian. My initial consultation through Zoom was amazing, Dr. D took the time to examine my images and outline possible steps with me. When I flew down to Dallas for my surgery, he and his team were very meticulous. My surgery took around 7 hours because Dr. D took his time to get everything correct and as symmetrical and detailed as possible and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I imagined that getting better symmetry with my nose would be close to impossible because of my history with a cleft but the results far surpassed my expectations and was life-changing!

I can't even express how grateful I am to have had Dr. Derderian as my surgeon. I had a scar revision, dermal lip fat graft, and secondary cleft rhinoplasty done at the end of June. I have pretty thick skin, so it took some time for the swelling to subside, but I can’t be more pleased with the results…plus, I can breathe so much better now! I was a bit anxious at first due to traveling from out of state, but Dr. Derderian was very reassuring and made me feel at ease. His team is amazing and was super responsive throughout the whole process. I texted Dr. Derderian with a minor concern a month after surgery and he called me back right away to address it. If you need to have a cleft rhinoplasty done, Dr. Derderian is the one you want to go to…you will not regret it!

It took me awhile to find the perfect surgeon for my cleft lip and pallet repair. I am so happy I found Dr. Derderian, he combines expertise and willingness to listen and discuss all my concerns. With his vast knowledge and background, he helped me achieve my goal of improving my breathing and aesthetics to my lip and nose, with realistic expectations. The staff was always helpful and kind and made the process easy. I would highly recommend him and his staff to anyone that is having doubts on getting a procedure done by him. I just want to add, I traveled from another state to get my procedure done and it was one of the best decisions I have ever made.
