Dr. Slack is the best surgeon, doctor, plastic surgeon...he is so caring and knowledgeable and listens to any concerns...I cannot thank him enough for the care he provided before, during and after my thyroid surgery and I am so happy with his expertise, my incision is beautiful, practically invisible...not to mention he is the nicest person ever...thank you, Dr. Slack!

Dr. Slack was a surgeon recommended by members of my family and I’m so glad I used him for a critical non-elective surgery. The one night hospital stay was something he recommended that made me feel much more comfortable with the procedure. From the first visit through the last, he and his staff were great to work with and I would recommend him in the future.

Dr.Slack is an amazing doctor! My visits & expierence with Dr.Slack was beyond amazing. Starting with his office staff they are very helpful and caring. During my visits with Dr.Slack he was so nice and thorough. My post op appointment he asked many times if I had any questions and explained what the procedure was going to be like and told me information reegarding post op. I had a tonsillectomy performed and everything went perfect. I highly recommend Dr.Slack! 10/10

Absolutely the best and cares about his patients! I went to 4 other surgeons for septoplasty consultation before I found him I’m so glad I chose him. I drove all the way from west palm because I liked him so much and would do it again. My boyfriend will be going for his deviated septum as well. Thanks for allowing me to breath, smell and fully taste again Dr. Slack!

This guy is a jerk. A true slack act. His office is what you would expect. Prior to surgery I was not told to stop taking blood thinners. He then blustered...

Dr Slack is a extremely talented and compassionate physician. I have seen him as a physician since he started his practice in 2002 and found him to be excellent. His office is clean, beautiful and staff is superb. Unfortunately, an odd ball patient (?) such as ground level can post a negative review under a fictitious name without consequence or recourse on the internet. There are so many errors in ground levels post I can't believe this is even a real patient. Disgruntled former employee maybe? MRIs are not even used for sinuses....Blue Water Surgery Center is a gorgeous state of the art facility that Dr Slack and 12 other local physicians operate at. Please come see for yourself....
