Board-certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery (ABPS) since 2005, Dr. Livingston was re-certified in 2015 and is a member of American Society of Plastic Surgery. Dr. Livingston serves as Assistant Clinical Professor in plastic surgery at the University of Texas School of Medicine and is the Chief of Surgery at HCA Houston West.  Due to his surgical talent and unwavering dedication to his craft, Dr. Livingston has earned many awards, distinctions, and positions, along with numerous published articles.

I love Dr. Livingston and his staff. I actually had my breast reduction today and see the difference already. I was referred to him by a friend. She looks amazing. I can't wait to get my bandages off of me. My husband loves them already. If you are looking into breast reduction, please do not hesitate getting an appointment with him. His whole staff is wonderful. You Rock Dr.👏🏽👏🏽❤️❤️🙌🏾🙌🏾

Dr. Livingston is the best and so are Courtney and Jojo! He is a great plastic surgeon and I'm lucky to have found him because his results are top notch. This is the 2nd time I've seen him for plastic surgery related procedures and the outcome has been amazing both times (he also does botox with great results). The first time I broke my nose in a freak accident and the 2nd time he removed a bump from my nose (not related to the broken nose). My nose looks like nothing ever happened which is exactly what I wanted! He has over 20 years of experience and that is so important when you're entrusting a doctor. I will always recommend him to others and be back if I ever need him in the future. Thank you Dr. Livingston, Courtney and Jojo!

From the first Pre-op visit to the Post-op visits Dr. Livingston, Courtney and JoJo have been absolutely amazing! I would refer anyone who needed any type of plastic surgery to this office. Dr. Livingston is meticulous and exceptional at what he does. I was shocked at how good I felt after surgery and how well I have healed. I cannot recommend Dr. Livingston and this office enough!

Taking the first step towards surgery is scary, but Jojo and Courtney are absolutely amazing and made everything so easy. I’m so glad I went with Dr. Livingston. I initially went to an appointment with a friend for her surgery, but I loved the staff so much I that I decided I needed to go there too. Not only are Jojo and Courtney the best, but the dr. made the process easy and everything turned out great.

My experience with Dr. Livingston and his team was nothing short of amazing. Jojo, was extremely attentive and learn my name from day one. Courtney, was so kind and held my hand through the entire process. Dr. Livingston was thorough and calmed all my surgery fears with his excellent bedside manner.
