I truly don’t even know where to begin with the exceptional surgeon that is Dr. Mills. After 5+ years of researching surgeons and breast augmentations, I finally decided to move forward with consultations. When I say I am absolutely unhinged when it comes to the smallest details and knowing EXACTLY what I was looking for, Dr. Mills was the only person who exceeded my expectations. I came to his office with an extensive (and pretty aggressive) amount of questions, which he answered wholeheartedly. I was looking for a doctor to give me realistic expectations along with their opinions on what would suit my body the best. After breastfeeding my son, I knew I wanted my natural, perky breasts back. He NEVER talked me into going bigger (which every other doctor tried to do), just suggesting a small implant to make up for the volume I lost from breastfeeding. After meeting with him three times-yes I’m psychotic-I decided to go through with it. I am now 3 months post surgery, and have NEVER been more confident in my life! I have 4 friends who have seen him as well, and their results are a 10/10. He is extremely consistent and meticulous I can not recommend him enough. His talent is truly untouchable.

I’m a retired nurse. I met Dr. Mills years ago when he was starting his practise in Laguna Beach and I worked at the local hospital and later was a visiting nurse in Laguna. I met him in the ER of the hospital where I worked. My son had ripped his eyelid and Dr. Mills did such a careful and successful repair, while I watched holding my son’s hand! Later he did a scar revision on me, after a very bad surgeon had left me with a huge scar on my thigh when I was young. I live in abroad now. Years later I have travelled to him to have a facelift. The extra costs of travelling and staying in a hotel and taking taxis everywhere were worth it, because he is skilled, experienced and I felt very safe in his hands. His office staff are wonderful. My aftercare was great too. I had hyperbaric treatment with ‘George’ at Dr. Steenblock in San Clement, highly recommended. Dr. Mills also has a very good anesthesialogist which is very important too. It’s important to be in safe hands. You want a good result but you also want to wake up from the operating table and be able to see your children and friends again!

Dr Mills is such a great surgeon. It has been over 10 years since my surgery and I am still so happy with my results. Everyone always made me feel so comfortable and waking up to an ocean view wasn't bad. Thank you Dr Mills,I am forever grateful ~

Over 20 years ago, I opted for breast augmentation and chose Dr. Mills because a friend of mine had done significant research and chose him for her augmentation. So I knew he was highly reputable. But what I didn't expect was how amazingly warm and friendly he and his staff were. I was thrilled with my implants and haven't had a single problem. In December of 2022, I decided it was time to replace the old ones (saline) with new ones (silicone), and the decision of who to go to was a no-brainer. I returned to Dr. Mills and again was welcomed by his and the staff's delightful personalities. They're so skilled, helpful, and informative! I absolutely recommend Dr. Mills!
