Dr. Kim was born and raised in the Chicago area. After surgical residency in Chicago he moved to New York to train at Montefiore medical center. He then moved to the Los Angeles area and joined a group in Beverly Hills where he honed his skills as a cosmetic plastic surgeon. He recently opened his own private practice located in Beverly Hills.
He is dedicated to attaining the best results possible while maintaining a philosophy of safety first. Dr. David Kim only works out of Beverly Hills and is located on Bedford Dr.
Dr. Kim is also one of the authors of Skin Deep Magazine.

Jun 2, 2024If you want to do your nose DONT RECOMMEND doctor David Kim. I did my nose almost two years ago. He didn’t listen to what I wanted to fix he told me “I’m the surgen, I know what im doing” what I wanted for fix was a nostril. Didn’t even touch the nostril at all, my nose is so uneven. I couldn’t back out because I had a deposit down. He was super rude. Also I totally believe that he wasn’t even the one to do my nose. they act like he does it, but another doctor comes in when they put you to sleep. So they just take your money. I payed 13k for nothing. I don’t like my nose, my tip was never high even right after. So i always knew it was going to drop even more and be droopy. I like it from one side, but my main insecurity is still the same, the nostril he didn’t even touch and is still way more flare then other. I have “two faces” one side is very small and the other is too big. It’s doesn’t even look like the same nose. I wish they were able to fix it without charging sm since the doctor didn’t even listen to me on what I asked for:(

May 15, 2024Dr. David Kim is amazing! I went to several Drs for consultation and none had satisfied me. Dr. Kim is a talented one! I had my surgery back in 2016, my husband and I are very happy with the result. His staffs were also nice and helpful. I will choose him again in the future :) and highly recommend him of course!

Oct 19, 2023Did plenty of research and got my breast augmentation in 2021 from Dr. Kim, worst decision of my life. I got the silicone gummies and the whole experience and itself was bad. Horrible customer service and bedside manner. My augmentation is only almost 3 years old and they are so uneven. I’m just not satisfied at all and I paid to notch. I never complain but this is the most dissatisfied experience I’ve ever been through. Two of my girlfriends also had him as their Dr for their augmentations and same thing, they hate them. So do more research before making this huge decision.

Aug 14, 2022I had a Breast augmentation. I went from a 32AA to a full C. I’m fairly small so I was worried it would look super unnatural, but Dr. David Kim did an amazing job!! Definitely worth the price!!! Best in the business by far!! The surgery went very smooth and the nurses are amazing. I’m so happy with my results.
