David M. PlankDr

​Dr. Plank began his studies at Miami University of Ohio where he was a Division I Academic All-American in cross-country and track. He graduated from Miami with a degree in chemistry Dr. Plank graduated from the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine where he received several awards for his medical research, innovations, and developed his passion for plastic surgery. Dr. Plank was one of three people in the country to obtain a Plastic Surgery residency position at the prestigious University of South Florida College of Medicine Plastic Surgery program.

​Dr. Plank regularly gives talks on the medical field to students at a local middle school. Dr. Plank is also an Assistant Professor of Surgery at the University of Central Florida and the Director of their Plastic Surgery Clerkship, where he teaches medical students and residents. Dr. Plank also serves as a Clinical Instructor for the Florida State University College of Medicine.

​Dr. David Plank is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and specializes in facial and full-body cosmetic plastic surgery. He has contributed a chapter to a textbook and has had 16 peer-reviewed abstracts and articles published in the field of plastic surgery.
