I decided I wanted to, and felt is was my obligation to leave a new and revised review. I previously left a one star and felt very dissatisfied with Dr. Jones office, but after giving it some consideration, he did come highly recommend by another one of my doctors and I felt as though I may have been a bit obtuse in my initial review. In this case, the "custpmer" was very wrong. I recently had ear reconstruction done by thr doctor after some messy and extensive trauma to the ear. He did a wonderful and outstanding job. His staff is very friendly, and he himself is very polite and kind, and a dedicated to his profession. He'll be honest and sincere with you, and won't rush appointments. I would most certainly recommend him to anyone who's asking or looking through reviews. As some constructive criticism to his office, however, and in full transparency of this review, the wait time from check-in is still quite excessive. It, in my opinion, can be very frustrating and offputting, but his skills, knowledge, experience, and expertise is worth the minor frustration. Just to summarize, I'm very happy with the work he's done and would highly recommend his office to anyone on the fence or not sure where to start. Thank you l, doctor Jones and staff!

Dr Jones and his staff were so great to me! I was put to ease on having my procedure done for I was very nervous! Looking forward to my next visit.

Dr Jones is a great Dr. I have no complaints about him as a Dr. he took care of my problem and stays on top of it and I'm grateful because I don't ever want to go through problem again. There's only one thing that I don't like that he and the whole office knows about is that dang probe he uses to look down my nose 😂 all jokes aside, yes he's a good caring Dr. and I would highly recommend him
