constant contact with me after my 3 surgeries and made sure I was healing properly. I ended up going into hospital for 3 days for an infection, ( I'm a slow healer) but Dr. Gurujal checked in on me to make sure I was being treated properly with antibiotics. Debby, was a wonderful assistant (belly rubs for Caveman) who also checked in on me and even managed to aquire some candy I have not had in 20 years. Overall, my experience with Dr. Gurujal and his staff was fantastic. I would recommend him and I would come back for more proceedures. Big shoutout to Grianne for all her help and enduring my constant emails and questions.

Dr. Thomas Satterwhite is a wonderfully skilled surgeon and what he has created with Align Surgical Associates is an assortment of skilled perfessionals who like him all have such an abundant level of expertise, both his entire office staff & his entire team at Marin Health Medical Center were all so wonderful and sweet, they all went out of there way to ensure that I always was taken care of, as well as they answered every question that I had Pre-Op and Post-OP. I honestly have never been in the care of a more lovely team they've always made me fell like a VIP and I cant thank them enough for being so great at what they do.

I got Facial Feminization Surgery done here with the help of Dr. Gurujal and the staff here, as part of my transition, and I don't know that I've ever had a better experience with medical staff and surgeons. They were all amazing, and I knew early on from my interactions with Dr. Gurujal that our interactions were going to go great - I was immediately greeted by someone who actually understood what I was going through thoroughly as well as my experience, and this is no small feat for someone not trans themselves. They understood and were helpful in all the right ways, and helped me choose completely objectively, with no pressure to try to do one thing or the other, just what was right for me. And that meant a lot. That combined with the amazing operation that he performed and the eventual decisions we came to regarding what to change and do in the operation, I will never forget the help they gave to me and the work they did. They have helped me on a new phase of my life, and I go towards that happy that I worked with such capable, respectful, and just kind people. My thanks as well to Debby, an incredible round the clock nurse who has continued to be there through my recovery and just been wonderfully encouraging. Thank you all for everything, though this is a small token of gratitude I am more than happy to give it.

Dr. Gurujal and his staff are great. His P.A. Debby is also amazing. They truly care about their patients. They spend time to talk with them in detail about anything and everything, making sure to answer any and all questions. You can tell Dr. Gurujal and Debby do what they do because they truly like and want to help people. I have nothing but great things to say about them and I couldn’t be more thankful I found them. Marin General Hospital was the hospital Dr. G used and it was great! It is super clean, very easy to get to and from transportation wise, and the staff are all attentive and friendly. I’ve unfortunately been in a lot of hospitals and this is probably my favorite. It made having to be in a hospital in the first place, easier to deal with.

Dr. Satterwhite and his staff are caring, professional, and make you feel like the really do care about you as a person both before and after your surgery. The only issue I have with Align is the consistently long wait times for in-person follow up visits - even with an appointment. However, they are aware of the problem and are taking steps to shorten the wait times for future visits.
