Dr. Hu and her staff are wonderful! I felt like they really listened to me and made a great effort to understand the results I was looking for (which is not the experience I had with a different cosmetic surgeon that I went to previously). I'm one month post-procedure and I am very happy with the results!

Dr. Hu, Andrea and their team are extraordinary! On my breast reduction journey, my primary care physician referred me to Dr. Emily Hu’s office. He said she is the best, and he was right!!! From my initial consultation, preparation for surgery, day of surgery, and post care after surgery was superb! Their love, compassion, honesty, positivity and genuine kindness were present throughout the entire process. I never felt so cared for. I did every single thing they recommended and it lent to an exceptional healing process for myself. If I had questions, they were right there to answer them. Words cannot truly express Dr. Hu and Andrea’s passion for their work! The outcome was beyond anything I could have hoped for! They set the bar for an exceptional experience. After considering breast reduction for about 25 years, I was equal parts nervous and excited about the procedure. Dr. Emily Hu and PA-C Andrea Crandall were both highly skilled, encouraging, and attentive to all of my questions and concerns. During my recovery, I had a few bad luck minor complications, which they handled with expertise and quality care. The whole staff was warm and personable. I will absolutely return to Artista for any future reconstructive/cosmetic surgery needs!

Dr. Hu, Andrea and team are absolutely wonderful. I have had the best experience with them. I had a complicated situation, and the result of the breast implant removal and breast lift is everything I never knew I could have and I'm beyond pleased. For the first time in my adult life I'm able to feel comfortable with my breasts physically and psychologically.  From the consult to 16 weeks week post op I have felt cared for every step of the way. When I finally started the process to have breast reduction surgery, I was so nervous on the phone that I forgot my own address. With their support, I was able to lose the weight I needed to safely have the surgery. They truly went above and beyond. I am currently a month post surgery and it has already been life changing. Recovery has been very smooth and I no longer have consistent neck, back and hip pain. I feel lighter not only physically but mentally and more human than I have in years.
