After having four kids in all C sections, I decided to go for BBL since it was hard to lose fat. After a couple of years of research, I decided to go with Dr. Emmanuel Cruz. He was very honest with me, and he made me feel comfortable throughout. I am so happy with my results.

Dr. De La Cruz and his entire staff from the office to the operating room are the best of the best!! From the first time I inquired about my surgery to all the post-op visits, it has been nothing but amazing! Dr. De La Cruz is very passionate, very knowledgeable, EXTREMELY TALENTED and well worth the cost!!! Shout out to Vanessa (Dr’s assistant), she is just as much amazing, knowledgeable, and patient and answered all questions I have had with care and compassion. I am very happy with the result of the procedure I had with Dr. Cruz. I had breast implant removal surgery, and the surgery was exactly as expected. Dr. Cruz has an excellent bedside manner, and he spends time with you even after the procedure.

Let me begin by saying apologies for the length of this review. I had CoolSculpting done in 2016 and developed EXTENSIVE PAH. I live in Louisville Kentucky and set out in search of a board certified plastic surgeon who could help put my body back together. I researched and considered nearly 50 different board certified plastic surgeons in Indianapolis, Cincinnati, Louisville, Nashville, Los Angeles, Miami and Houston before narrowing my choice down to 5 then to two. At the end of the day Dr. Emmanuel De La Cruz was the surgeon I wanted to help me. His competency and expertise are evident in the "before and afters" of his patients. What those photos cannot reflect is his careful considerations regarding each case to assure that the patient's treatment is safe. I am 60 years old in moderately good health but Dr. De La Cruz assessed my risks given my age and medical history, and took appropriate precautions. He is double board certified and the benefit of both certifications is evident in his professional service to his patients. I found him to be incomparable and the team supporting him is exceptional as well, with a special note to the excellence in service that I received from Vanessa. It took me nearly 10 months to dissect information on nearly 50 doctors to determine that Dr. De. La Cruz was the best of my extensive list.. I hope that this review will help others shave some time and effort off of the process to find the most excellent plastic surgeon. In my opinion there is no one more qualified nor capable when it comes to aesthetic surgery. Dr. De La Cruz is SIMPLY THE BEST!!
