Dr. Elliott has been practicing plastic and reconstructive surgery since 1983, and during this time he has specialized in all areas of cosmetic surgery, including procedures of the face, breasts, body, and extremities. He has held regional and national offices in numerous plastic surgery organizations and frequently lectured and operated at national and international meetings and locations. He has developed a procedure for breast reconstruction using a scarless latissimus (no scar on the back) flap as well as a short-scar facelift procedure that only requires local anesthesia.

May 16, 2023Dr. Mirzabeigi performed my breast reconstruction surgery following a mastectomy. He is a kind, caring surgeon who explained my reconstruction options so I could easily understood my choices. He is patient with my questions and takes time during my appointments so that I don’t feel rushed. He is detail oriented and seeks perfection! I am happy with the results of my surgery. The staff at Atlanta Plastic Surgery are top notch - Dr. Mirzabeigi’s Nurse Practitioner, Lisa Allen, is terrific to work with. I have also reached out to the staff nurses for general questions and they have been very informative.

Sep 4, 2021Dr Mirzabegi and Lisa did an incredible job! They helped me get my body back from when I was 18 years old. The pricing was very fair, and he goes out of his way to make sure you have all your questions answered and takes a personal interest in his patients. He even gives you his cell phone number and stays in close contact with you before and after you surgery. He is very understanding and you can tell he really does care. We're fortunate to have surgeons like Dr Mirzabegi. And thanks you Lisa!

He did my breast reconstruction after I had breast cancer and trouble with my first reconstruction which was done by another surgeon. I can’t say enough for how wonderful he has been and how happy I am with the results. His office staff has been so kind and always there for any questions I may have. If you are looking for a great plastic surgeon Dr. Mirzabeigi is the one for you!
